Can I change my booking?


If your travel plans have changed, so can your booking. Head to ‘Log In ’ to change:


  • When you get picked up, and
  • Flight number
  • Minor corrections to the pick-up and drop-off points
  • Your passenger details

It’s easy to change your booking online. Just log in to the ‘My Booking’ section of our website and follow the instructions to edit your booking.

 

Other changes to your booking

Unfortunately not. To get a different car, please cancel your booking and make a new one.


Can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your ride up to 24 hours before pick-up by heading to Log In.

Most rides can be cancelled easily as long as the driver has enough notice. To find out how much notice you need to give, check your booking confirmation.


The number of people I’m travelling with has changed. What should I do?

If you’re due to be picked up within the next 24 hours, please call us. We may be able to make this change, but can’t guarantee this at short notice.


If your pick-up time is more than 24 hours away, please cancel and rebook with the right vehicle type for your group.


I’m having trouble changing my booking online. What should I do?

  • If you’re due to be picked up in the next 24 hours


 Please call us, as it may be too close to your pick-up time to make a change. We may be able to update your booking, but can’t guarantee this at short notice.

 


  • If you’re due to be picked up in the next 2-3 days:  

It may be easier to cancel and make your booking again.

 


  • If your pick-up is more than 3 days away:

What is your cancellation policy?

It's free to cancel your trip during your free cancellation period. Your trip can be cancelled easily using the my booking part of the site. The length of your free cancellation period varies depending on the service you book. We'll explain the cancellation policy during the booking process and again in your confirmation email.

Please note, we cannot accept cancellation requests sent by email.


What happens after I make a booking?

As soon as you've completed your booking, you'll receive a confirmation email and text message. Make sure you read all of the confirmation emails to ensure your journey details are correct.

If you've selected an airport pick-up service that doesn't include Meet & Greet, your confirmation email will contain important instructions on where to meet your driver.
